Carmen de Vicente Spanish Dance Academy, featuring Carmen de Vicente and special guest Sergio Bernal, is performing at Gunston Arts Center on June 20-21, 2008.
Furia Flamenca is performing at the French Embassy on June 27, 2008.

Added pics from Sunday's Feria de Sevilla at Strathmore. Flamenco stage shows were cancelled but the party continued in the casetas.
4/20/2008The flamenco dance shows of the DC Feria de Sevilla have been CANCELLED due to rain. However a few food booths will still be open if you still want to come. Centro Español de Washington is working on a reschedule for sometime in May. I'll announce the new date when it is confirmed.

Just heard that dancer Kyoko is in DC for a few weeks. She'll be dancing Thursday April 17th at Las Tapas! The only interview with Kyoko I have is from way back in 2003 when she was still residing in the DC area.
