Power outage after Hurricane Isabel September 20, 2003 
September 20, 2003 7:35pm There was no electricity for three days in my neighborhood. Fortunately, I don't need electricity to make some music at home. Unfortunately, several local flamenco performances were cancelled due to lack of power. Kyoko's tablao debut in South Beach (Miami) sometime last week The name of the tablao is Macarena, at 1334 Washington Avenue in South Beach. The other dancer is Isnaia, the guitarist is Paco Fonta, cajon player is Andres, and the other guy is Juan de Alba, a singer/dancer/entertainer

Kyoko and Isnaia at Macarena in South Beach Aki-Matsuri (Japanese Fall Festival) September 14, 2003 This event took place at the Potomac Valley Lodge Golf Course in Poolesville, Maryland. Sponsored by the Japan Commerce Association of Washington, Japan-America Society of Washington DC and the Embassy of Japan. The flamenco performance was organized by Kayoko Iwamoto.
