DC Feria pics from Cecilia Terrasa June 6, 2004 It did cross my mind to put together an article highlighting the best photographic moments of 2004, but didn't have time. Surprise, surprise. :) Great minds think alike and it turns out that Dancer Cecilia Terrasa (who recently has been subbing A LOT at Jaleo) sent me some pics from this year's DC Feria. Cafe Citron December 27, 2004 It was a fun night as usual, but the sound was bad. As much as I like the coziness of the back of the restaurant, it's an awful acoustic space. My friend Jose Oretea from the group Duende Camaron, agreed. His group performed at Cafe Citron for a short while last year, and they didn't like the acoustics either. Interestingly, I mentioned this to members of the audience afterwards and they said it sounded great.
